Peter has held various seniour positions in the automotive industry including National Sales Manager (Audi of South Africa), Product Manager (Mercedes-Benz South Africa) and Dealer Principal. He also has experience in both technical and sales & marketing functions in the industry.
In 2010 he founded SydSen initially as a training and consultancy business, and has seen it grow into a fully fledged organisational development company.

Andre has held an impressive number of executive positions including Director and Board Member (McCarthy VW / Audi), Board Member (Sandown Motors Mercedes-Benz), Managing Director of Northcliff Volkswagen and various other Directorships.
Andre is currently completing a Doctoral Degree in Business Leadership with focus on the impact of organisational culture on the performance of Multinational organisations. He joined SydSen in 2015 as a shareholder and Head of Business Research.

She held a variety of Innovation and Business Development positions in Corporate South Africa (Absa Financial Services, Imperial Group).
She joined the Sydsen Group in 2019 with the vision to grow the business and make a tangible and valuable impact in the automotive industry.
